Shipment limits
This is a small parcel operation, not a pallet warehouse. The following are not accepted:
- Pallets, freight, oversized products, or unusually heavy products
- Unapproved multi-carton deliveries
- Food, liquids, aerosols, batteries, hazardous materials, or perishables
- Leaking, dirty, or strongly scented inventory
- Local drop-offs or customer visits
Pricing
No unit minimum, setup fee, or monthly commitment. A $15 minimum service charge applies to each inbound shipment.

Bundle rates replace the standard per-unit rate for units assembled into that bundle. New boxes and unusual materials are charged at cost with approval. Custom work is quoted before inventory is sent.
Shipping labels
You provide and pay for every outbound or return label. After prep, I send the final carton count, contents, dimensions, and weight.
For Amazon FBA, you create the shipment and send the Amazon carton labels and prepaid carrier labels. I print and apply them before carrier handoff.
Temporary holding
Holding is included while the approved work is completed and for 7 calendar days after the order-ready notice.
After 7 days, holding is $5 per outbound carton per week. Long-term storage is not offered, and inventory normally cannot remain longer than 30 days.
