How an order is handled

  1. ApprovalI review the products, parcel count, requested work, and destination before you ship.
  2. Delivery photoThe unopened parcel and shipping label are photographed when they arrive.
  3. CountUnits are counted by SKU. Damage, shortages, or incorrect items are documented.
  4. PrepThe approved labeling, bagging, bundling, or repacking is completed.
  5. Final checkThe finished work and final count are checked and photographed.
  6. ForwardingThe outbound label is applied and tracking is sent after carrier acceptance.
