Small-item ecommerce prep

Prep and forwarding for compact inventory.

Send parcel-sized goods directly from your supplier. I receive them, count them, complete the prep you specify, and forward them to your chosen destination.

A small prep operation for products that do not need pallet space.

Seller Prep Direct is an independent service focused on compact, repeatable prep work. The business is designed for inventory that arrives in ordinary cartons, can be handled from clear written instructions, and leaves by parcel carrier.

Services

What I can do

Request only what the job needs. Price is based on units, SKUs, materials, and the exact prep instructions you provide.

Receive and count

Check in parcel deliveries, record visible carton damage, and count units by SKU.

Label and bag

Apply supplied labels and complete specified poly-bag or protective prep.

Bundle and kit

Group repeatable sets using the quantity and packing order in your instructions.

Repack and forward

Pack the completed inventory and hand it to the carrier using the approved outbound label.

Item fit

Check before requesting a quote

The service is intentionally narrow. That keeps receiving, storage, and handling manageable for high-count small-item jobs.

Good fit

  • Delivered in ordinary parcel cartons
  • Compact, dry, nonhazardous products
  • Repeatable work across similar units
  • Clear prep instructions and labels supplied digitally
  • Outbound parcel labels supplied or approved

Not accepted

  • Pallets, freight, or oversized cartons
  • Food, liquids, aerosols, batteries, or hazardous materials
  • Temperature-controlled or perishable goods
  • Used, dirty, leaking, or strongly scented inventory
  • Local handoffs or in-person drop-offs

How it works

From request to outbound tracking

Do not send products before acceptance. The job details, quote, and inbound instructions come first.

  1. 1

    Submit the full job

Product, quantities, services, destination, deadline, labels, and complete handling instructions.

  2. 2

    Approve the quote

You receive the accepted scope, price, job reference, and inbound shipping instructions.

  3. 3

    Ship the inventory

Send only the products covered by the accepted request and include the job reference.

  4. 4

    Prep and forward

The approved work is completed and outbound tracking is provided after carrier handoff.

Job request

Send enough detail to quote the job once.

Use a shareable folder for labels and prep documents, then paste the link into the form. Do not ship inventory until the request is accepted.

  • Describe every product and SKU
  • Give the total units and carton count
  • List every prep step and label requirement
  • State the destination and deadline
